Required to graduate. A course covering the principles of modern buiology with emphasis on laboratory investigation.

Physcial Sci. - 503                           2  Semester      2  Credit      Grade 9-12

The student will understand the process of physical science, measurement, the tools used, and the role of science in society. The student will develop an appreciation of; matter, the structure, composition, and properties of matter, and energy.

Applied Biochemistry. - 503            2  Semester      2  Credit      Grade 9-12      

Pre-requisite: Applied Math or Algebra 1. Students will be involved in hands on science experiments in life and physical sciences. This course will contain a strong emphasis on Anatomy, Physiology, and Kneisiology; thus being an excellent preparatoty course for careers in the medical or biological field.
